MoDOT is seeking qualified bidders to construct a Maintenance/Mechanics Building measuring 132 feet wide by 55 feet deep with an 18 feet 5 inches eave height. The building will be a pre-engineered metal structure with insulation, including a concrete floor, aprons, finished office space, ADA restrooms, mezzanine, MEP systems, and engineered site preparation and finish grading. Bids can be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS or via mail, UPS, or FEDEX.
