Description

MoDOT is seeking qualified bidders to construct a Maintenance/Mechanics Building measuring 132 feet wide by 55 feet deep with an 18 feet 5 inches eave height. The building will be a pre-engineered metal structure with insulation, including a concrete floor, aprons, finished office space, ADA restrooms, mezzanine, MEP systems, and engineered site preparation and finish grading.
