Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits qualified and experienced firms to provide Disaster Debris Removal Services for St. Johns County. The services include debris clearance, collection, reduction, removal, hauling, and lawful disposal following declared disasters such as hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, severe weather events, floods, wildfires, and other emergencies. The contract will require all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. The County intends to establish contracts with a Primary and a Secondary Contractor to provide these services on an as-needed basis.
