Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a range of event entertainment services for school and district events. - Government Buyer: - Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS), one of Wisconsin's largest school districts - Products/Services Requested: - DJ Services for school and district events - Photo Booth Services, including setup and operation - Decorating and Balloon Décor for event spaces - Inflatable Attractions for entertainment at events - Notable Requirements: - Services will support events such as proms, dances, graduations, family engagement events, assemblies, student celebrations, and recognition ceremonies - Food/catering, event rentals, and photography/videography are specifically excluded from this RFQ - Vendors must be qualified through this RFQ process to be eligible - Compliance with MPS's Professional Services Contract and Technology Standards is required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - All communications must occur through the Bonfire Messaging System

Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) is soliciting qualified providers for Event Entertainment Services including DJ Services, Photo Booth Services, Decorating and Balloon Décor, and Inflatable Attractions. These services will support a variety of school and district events such as proms, dances, graduations, and other celebrations. Food, catering, event rentals, and photography/videography services are excluded from this RFQ. Vendors must submit responsive proposals and be qualified through this RFQ process to provide these services to MPS.
