SaskEnergy is seeking a Prime contractor to perform exterior membrane repair around window openings and selective replacement of metal cladding at its Weyburn Office located at 1835 1st Avenue NE, Weyburn SK. The project involves recladding an approximately 730 m2 one-storey building, including removal of existing masonry band, metal cladding, insulation, windows, and doors, followed by repair or replacement of membranes, installation of new thermal clips, insulation, corrugated metal cladding, flashings, and reinstallation of existing windows and doors. The masonry band will be replaced with metal cladding and new concrete faced insulation at grade. The contractor must self-perform the work, and the building will remain occupied during the project.
