The platform will support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, faculty contracts, off-boarding, data analytics, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reporting. The solution must integrate with the District's enterprise management system, Banner 9.X, and replace several standalone systems to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, enhance user experience, and reduce manual administrative work. The contract duration is 3 years with options to renew for two additional years (2 years and 1 year).
