Description

The New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) is seeking qualified not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations with experience in NYS child care regulations to deliver legally exempt enrollment services for child care providers in the five boroughs of New York City. The scope includes managing enrollment and re-enrollment applications, conducting annual and complaint-based inspections, providing technical assistance, and maintaining accurate records in the Child Care Facility System (CCFS). Eligible organizations must have at least three years of relevant experience, organizational capacity to support approximately 4,300 legally exempt programs with about 60 staff, and technological capacity to manage data in CCFS. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, with an estimated funding of up to $12,359,000 per year.
