Rowley Training Center - Department of Homeland Security, Program Directorate/Division - Project Scope: - Turn-key design and construction of a new parking lot for 100 vehicles - Options for additional parking: 55 spaces (two separate options) and 111 spaces (Wilkie Parking Addition) - Site preparation, drainage infrastructure, pavement construction, lighting installation, and striping - Repairs to existing roadways, pothole stabilization, and upgrades to driving pads and access roads - Comprehensive site survey, geotechnical investigations, stormwater management, ADA compliance, permitting, regulatory coordination, quality assurance, and material testing - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with ADA and environmental regulations - Adherence to USSS security protocols - All work to be completed under a firm fixed price contract - Period of performance is 270 days (or up to 10 months) from Notice to Proceed - No specific OEMs, vendors, or proprietary products are named; the procurement is for construction and related services, not for branded equipment or technology.
