The Air Force Medical Command's Team Aerospace Operations and Solutions (TAOS) Workshop is seeking comprehensive audiovisual (AV) equipment and technical support for a major plenary session. - Government Buyer: - Air Force Medical Command, Air Force Medical Service, Team Aerospace Operations and Solutions (TAOS) Workshop - Products/Equipment Requested: - Two large projection screens (minimum 9x16 each) - Two LCD projectors (minimum 8000 Lumens) - Four wireless microphones (one headset, three handheld) - Two monitors (one ~27" for laptop, one ~55" for presenter) - Speakers, mixer, switcher, sound connections, cables, and all necessary AV system equipment - Services Requested: - One full-time in-room AV technician for setup, operation, troubleshooting (5-minute response time), teardown, and equipment removal - Notable Requirements: - AV setup must support 350 attendees - All equipment must be delivered, installed, and fully operational for the plenary session - Technician must be present throughout the event for immediate support - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are specified; the opportunity is open to providers of professional AV solutions and services.

Description

The Air Force (AF) Team Aerospace Operations and Solutions (TAOS) Workshop is seeking AV equipment support for the plenary session occurring on the first day of the workshop.  The AV equipment is critical for Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) personnel to present information to the audience thoroughly and accurately, better illustrating and conveying current and future operations, issues, and policies.
