Description
The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Phase Construction Manager (CM) Agency services for the Rehabilitate Natural Science Building – Phase 1 project at the State University of New York College at Purchase. The project involves a full phased renovation of the Natural Science Building, including replacement of interior finishes, MEP systems, laboratory casework, roof, elevator, and hazardous materials abatement. Phase 1 focuses on renovating the entire ground level and parts of the upper floors to accommodate various academic departments and new mechanical spaces. Construction Phase services include general services, marketing and bidding, meetings, M/WBE, SDVOB and EEO services, scheduling, labor and safety responsibilities, PLA services, quality assurance, and warranty services.
