The Government of Quebec, Municipality of Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, is seeking professional services for the preparation of a geotechnical study and characterization of potential debris related to a project for the reconditioning of the Côte des Phares. The project involves assessing risks related to future climate conditions up to 2100, erosion, and coastal submersion, focusing on areas near the Gulf of Saint-Laurent and within the village core near the Saint-Cœur River delta. The targeted zone extends approximately 150 meters. The selected service provider will perform the work according to specifications provided by the Fédération québécoise des municipalités (FQM). The municipality reserves the right to reject all submissions and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid. The contract will be awarded at the discretion of the municipal council.
