The Department of National Defence (DND), in partnership with Public Works and Government Services Canada (PSPC), is seeking to establish a Supply Arrangement for brush clearing, tree cutting, trimming, and stump removal services at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Halifax. - Purpose: Develop a list of pre-qualified contractors for on-call vegetation management services - Scope of work: - Brush clearing - Tree cutting and trimming - Stump removal - Contractors must provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are identified - Open to Canadian suppliers and eligible trading partners under applicable trade agreements - Arrangement remains valid until Canada decides otherwise; no fixed end date or defined quantities - Notable requirements: - Compliance with competitive open bidding - Eligibility under multiple trade agreements - Contractors must be able to mobilize and perform services at various CFB Halifax locations

Description

A Supply Arrangement is being established to develop a list of pre-qualified contractors to supply the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform brush clearing, cutting and trimming of trees and stump removal at various locations of CFB Halifax. The Supply Arrangement has no defined end date and will remain valid until Canada no longer considers it advantageous to use. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners. Bidders may request a debriefing within 15 working days from notification of an unsuccessful bid.
