Description

This RFP invites qualified proponents with experience in Construction Management services to submit proposals for the SFU Burnaby Lorne Davies Complex Façade Replacement Project. The project involves replacing the façade of the Lorne Davies Complex, originally constructed in 1965, which is currently failing. The scope includes design and constructability reviews, trade input facilitation, market analysis, schedule analysis, façade demolition and hazardous materials abatement, and installation of a new curtain wall and glazing system. The estimated construction budget is $14.5 million excluding GST, with substantial completion expected by March 2029.
