Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks qualified and experienced contractors to provide playground design, manufacturing, supply, and installation services for the Barney Moriez Park playground replacement located at Poplar Street in Nanaimo, BC. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site meeting is scheduled for July 7, 2026, at 450 Poplar Street, Nanaimo, BC. Bidders must have a Bidding System Vendor Account and be registered as a Plan Taker in the City of Nanaimo bids&tenders system to download the RFP document and receive notifications. The procurement is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
