The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to obtain VPN, Internet Services, and Circuitry for the U.S. Embassy Tbilisi, Georgia.
The local Telecommunication’s Internet Service Provider (ISP) contracting firm must provide internet services via wireless line channels and circuitry for connecting American Embassy Tbilisi.

Wireless connection 110Mbps maximum speed upload and download. The minimum speed shall not go below 70Mbps upload and download.
This internet circuit shall be high-end, professional grade service that differs from the residential, dial up service. NT requires dedicated (not shared or bundled) Internet Bandwidth, 24/7, “always-on” with unlimited usage. Wireless connection is required.
