The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Arizona Strip District Office, is seeking contractor services for post-wildfire Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation (ESR) seeding in Coconino and Mohave Counties, Arizona. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Arizona Strip District Office - Office: BLM Arizona Strip District Office - Scope of Work: - Seeding services for approximately 3,048 acres in the White Sage and One Way ESR units - Contractor will apply government-furnished seed (~21,250 lbs for White Sage, ~2,140 lbs for One Way) - Application rates: ~7.5 lbs/acre (White Sage), ~9.9 lbs/acre (One Way) - Uniform seed distribution with zero ground disturbance - Use of DGPS-guided application equipment - Daily submission of GIS-compatible project logs and final shapefiles - Contractor provides all labor, equipment, supervision, and supplies - Notable Requirements: - Seeding must occur within 5 days of seed pickup, weather permitting - Work must be coordinated with chaining operations and completed prior to chaining - Firm-fixed price contract, set aside for small businesses (NAICS 115310) - No specific OEMs or commercial seed application equipment brands are named in the solicitation - All seed is furnished by the government; contractor is responsible for application only
