In accordance with FAR 7.107-3(b), this notice publicizes the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Senior Procurement Executive determination that the consolidation of the following Security Programs Office requirements is necessary and justified: Security Support Services, Insider Threat Support Services, and Administrative Support Services.
