We are preparing to re-advertise the parking structure solicitation and remain committed to moving this important project forward. No responsive proposals were received for the John Cochran Division Northeast Parking Structure in St. Louis, MO. Solicitation W912DQ26RA023 is canceled. This requirement remains viable and important.  USACE Kansas City District is revisiting the acquisition requirements to determine changes required in order to issue an updated solicitation in the future.

We remain confident in the project’s importance, viability, and long-term value, and we are focused on issuing a solicitation that encourages strong competition and broad industry participation. Preparations are underway, with a virtual Industry Day scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST followed by virtual one-on-one meetings on Friday, July 17, 2026.
