The United States Secret Service (USSS) is seeking a supplier for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a wide range of less lethal munitions, FN303 ammunition, and related components for training and operational use at the James J. Rowley Training Center. - Contract Details: - 5-year IDIQ contract (1 base year + 4 option years) - Supports both operational and training requirements - Delivery coordination required with USSS points of contact - Product Requirements: - 40mm less lethal munitions (canisters, grenades, smoke, distraction devices) - FN303 launchers, magazines, air bottles, conversion kits, and projectiles (PAVA, inert, colorant) - Respiratory protection masks (Avon PC50, FM54, FM53), riot agent canisters, mask pouches - Extended range less lethal pressurized air launchers (standard and tactical configurations) - Student kits, maintenance kits, and accessories (slings, carrying cases, speed loaders) - Compliance with ANSI and SAAMI standards - Key OEMs and Products: - FN Herstal (FN303 launchers and accessories) - Avon Protection (respiratory masks) - Combined Tactical Systems (CTS) and Defense Technology (munitions) - Quantities: - Specific line items with quantities ranging from 1 to 80 units (e.g., 40MM Skat Shell CS: 30 units, Rubber Ball Grenade CS: 10 units) - Commercial Opportunity: - Multiple product lines and accessories required - Potential for competing manufacturers of less lethal munitions and respiratory protection equipment - Standards and Delivery: - Products must meet ANSI and SAAMI standards - Delivery and coordination with USSS training center

Description

The United States Secret Service has a requirement to establish a new 5-year contract (1 base year and 4 option years) for 40mm Less Lethal Munitions & FN303 Ammunition and Components for use in a current United States Secret Service Less Lethal weapon systems. The procurement is for the Rowley Training Center. The ammunition, components and munitions support both operational and training needs, ensuring mission readiness and effectiveness for law enforcement activities.
