This opportunity is for comprehensive Medical and Dental Readiness Services for the Arkansas Army National Guard (ARARNG), managed by the Office of the State Surgeon and ARNG MEDCOM. - Government Buyer: - Arkansas Army National Guard (ARARNG), Office of the State Surgeon - U.S. Army National Guard, ARNG MEDCOM, W8YR AR ARNG MED DET - Products/Services Requested: - Medical and Dental Readiness Services, including: - Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) and annual physical exams - Dental screenings, treatments, and annual dental exams - Vision and audiometric exams - Laboratory testing (including HIV screening) - Immunizations and prescription medication services - Mobile medical and dental platforms compliant with OSHA, ADA, HIPAA, and radiological standards - Case management, IT support, quality control, and training/compliance services - Patient check-in/out and vitals measurement - Quantities (where specified): - 250 annual dental exams, 250 annual vision exams, 250 annual audio exams, 250 annual PHAs, 250 vitals checks, 75 HIV lab tests, 18 bite wings, 12 dental treatments, 250 check-in/out services - One job unit for PHA support services - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% licensure of all providers - Mobile platforms must include digital radiography, lab facilities, biohazard areas, climate control, and internet connectivity - Compliance with OSHA, ADA, HIPAA, Privacy Act, and radiological standards - Timely data entry into DENCLASS, MEDPROS, and MODS (within 5 days) - Post-event dental case management within 24 hours - Equipment malfunction response within 4 hours - Contractor personnel must complete CAC processing, background checks, OPSEC, iWATCH, and Information Assurance training - Quality control and customer satisfaction monitoring with random and 100% inspections - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mentioned; the procurement is service-focused and open to qualified medical and dental service providers.

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified as Government Furnished, to perform Medical and Dental Services, as defined in this PWS. The Arkansas Army National Guard (ARARNG) expects the Contractor to provide excellent support by providing the right expertise at the right place at the right time.
