Description

The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation (ECHDC), a subsidiary of Empire State Development, is soliciting sealed bids for the Terminal B Safety Improvements Project located at 901 Fuhrmann Boulevard within the Buffalo Outer Harbor. The project involves repairs and improvements to enhance public safety and accessibility along the Terminal B waterfront, including rehabilitation of existing pavement surfaces, installation of new guardrail systems adjacent to the quay wall, localized concrete repairs, site lighting upgrades and improvements, and related work.
