The project involves constructing a new administration office building adjacent to the existing Traffic Management Center. The building is expected to be approximately 78,000 square feet, with final design and size dependent on the construction budget. The project will use the Construction Manager-at-Risk delivery method and has an estimated construction cost of $22,000,000.
