The State of Louisiana is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance services for the Department of Public Safety (DPS) facilities in Baton Rouge. - Government Buyer: - State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, for the Department of Public Safety - OEMs and Vendors: - Honeywell (primary OEM for Building Automation Systems and spare parts) - Products/Services Requested: - Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and associated controls across 13 DPS facilities - Maintenance and programming of Honeywell Niagara AX Lonworks/Lonmark Energy Management Systems, LON Maker for Windows, and Wonderware Graphical User Interface - Integration and programming of 10 owner-furnished Honeywell Niagara AX WEBs panels - Provision of a Senior Programmer (minimum 5 years' experience with Honeywell Niagara AX, Niagara R2, Wonderware, and related systems) on-site one day per week - Maintenance of a spare parts inventory including specific Honeywell part numbers (e.g., ECH-72002, ECH-42102, PUL6438S, TR-70, etc.) - Emergency service response within 2-4 hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Lonmark certified devices (version 3.2 or higher) are acceptable for the control network - Contractor must have a staffed office within 25 miles of the facilities - Mandatory site visit required prior to bidding - Contractor must provide energy-saving recommendations and maintain emergency spare stock - Special hourly rates for after-hours and emergency work - Facilities covered include: Management & Finance, Headquarters, Warehouse, Central Plant, Fire Marshal, Training Academy, OMV Retail, Data Processing, Crime Lab, ISS, Radio Maintenance, Cafeteria, and others.

Description

This solicitation is for a service contract to provide HVAC maintenance services for the Department of Public Safety in Louisiana. The contract covers maintenance of Building Automation Systems and associated controls across multiple DPS facilities in Baton Rouge. The contractor must provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including a Senior Programmer one day a week. A mandatory site visit is required prior to bidding, and the contract term is from award date through June 30, 2027, with options to renew for two additional 12-month periods.
