The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is soliciting proposals for structural and mechanical engineering continuing services. The services may include utilities such as wastewater, chilled water, hot water, and solid waste, as well as general engineering services, planning, studies, assessments, structural engineering design and analysis, water and wastewater facilities, process and mechanical equipment support, existing facilities evaluation and rehabilitation, construction documents, technical deliverables, construction phase and post design services, and programmatic and on-call support. The District intends to award multiple three-year contracts with an optional two-year renewal to the highest qualified proposers scoring 90 points or higher.
