University Health (UH) is seeking professional services of qualified firm(s) to serve as Architects(s) and Engineer(s) system-wide and provide architectural and/or engineering services pursuant to Texas Government Code for a large scale, multi-phased project. The project includes a new Pharmacy Addition, Pediatric and Adult Clinic Renovations, Administration Renovation, equipment and space planning, Exterior Facade Improvements, and parking lot upgrades. The selected firm will perform services under the direction of the Planning, Design and Construction Department. The work must comply with the Scope of Services and terms set forth in the Request for Qualifications.
