Description

The City of Rialto is soliciting proposals from qualified developers to design, finance, construct, and deliver a new City Hall through a public-private partnership using a Design-Build-Finance project delivery method. The new City Hall will replace the existing facilities at 150 S. Palm Ave, which are inadequate for current and future needs. The project includes site feasibility analysis, design, construction, outfitting, tenant improvements, and potentially a parking structure, with completion expected within two years of executed agreements.
