Description

The City of Cornwall is seeking to establish a roster list of pre-qualified Contractors to provide large item removal, vacant unit clean-out, move-out cleaning, selective demolition, biohazard remediation, and related property clean-up services for the Housing Services Department on an as-required basis. Contractors must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and disposal services necessary to perform the work at designated locations. Service locations include Housing Services properties within the City of Cornwall and throughout the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. The contract will commence upon award and remain in effect until August 31, 2027.
