The City of Hot Springs Purchasing Division is seeking qualified contractors for a term contract to provide annual pressure washing services for downtown sidewalks and the parking deck at Exchange Street. - Government Buyer: - City of Hot Springs Purchasing Division - Contact: Olivia Thomason, Purchasing Supervisor - Scope of Services: - Annual pressure washing of all designated downtown sidewalks - Annual pressure washing of all accessible parking deck surfaces at Exchange Street - Removal of dirt, grime, mildew, gum, oil stains, grease stains, tire residue, and other contaminants - Cleaning curb and gutter areas as directed - Contractor Requirements: - Provide all labor, supervision, commercial-grade equipment (minimum 3,500 PSI and 4 GPM, hot water/steam capability), materials, tools, traffic control devices, permits, and incidentals - Work must be performed during nighttime hours to minimize disruption - Environmental compliance: prevent wastewater from entering storm drains, use biodegradable cleaning agents, proper disposal of waste - Obtain temporary water meter from City Water Department and pay related charges - Insurance: general liability ($1M minimum), vehicle liability, workers compensation - Minimum three years of relevant experience, references, and all necessary licenses/permits - Contract Details: - One-year initial term with four optional annual renewals - Subject to annual budget approval and escalation clause - No specific OEMs or vendors named; opportunity is open to qualified service providers.
