This opportunity is a nationwide cooperative contract led by the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) for comprehensive roofing repair, maintenance, and replacement services for public agencies. - Government Buyer: - Lead agency: Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) - Contract available for use by municipalities, counties, school districts, and other public entities nationwide - Products and Services Requested: - Full range of commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), Modified Bitumen, Asphalt Shingle, Concrete Tile, TPO, green roofs, and specialty structures - Roofing repair, replacement, and installation - Leak investigation, membrane and shingle replacement, flashing and gutter work, roof drain and deck repairs, fascia and soffit repairs, coping repairs, and emergency waterproofing - Sheet metal fabrication and installation (copings, flashings, gutters, downspouts, expansion joints, roof drains, and other accessories) - Joint sealant removal and replacement for all relevant roof and building envelope joints - Preventive maintenance: inspections, debris removal, cleaning, minor repairs, snow and ice removal, and maintenance reporting - Roof condition assessments, moisture intrusion evaluations, drainage and structural assessments, and written reports - Emergency response services within 4 hours - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, and insurance - Use of manufacturer-approved and factory-trained installers is required - Compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes, prevailing wage laws, OSHA safety standards, and environmental regulations - Warranties and documentation must be provided for all work - Contract awarded based on best value, considering quality, technical capability, past performance, and ability to meet cooperative contract needs - Vendors must submit technical and cost proposals, insurance documentation, and disclose all subcontractors - No specific OEMs are mandated, but solutions must meet manufacturer and industry standards

The Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA), acting as the Lead Agency in partnership with CoreTrust Purchasing Group, is soliciting proposals for roofing repair, maintenance, and replacement services under a nationwide cooperative purchasing contract. This is a Best Value Request for Proposal (RFP) where proposals will be evaluated based on overall value including quality, technical capability, past performance, and ability to meet cooperative contract needs.
