The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru (Department of State, GSO/Procurement) is seeking a local contractor to deliver Spanish Language Training Services for American officers and their eligible family members. - Approximately 1,300 one-hour Spanish language sessions are required annually - 910 sessions in-person - 390 sessions virtual - Classes are for adult learners, with a maximum of six students per class - Training focuses on speaking, listening, reading, and job-relevant language skills - Contractor must provide: - Qualified instructors - All instructional materials - Proficiency testing aligned with National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC) standards - Student assessment, progress documentation, and counseling - Contract includes a base year plus four one-year option periods, with an additional six-month extension option - Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Saturday mornings (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified local language training providers
