Description

The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Career and Technical Education (CTE) Equipment, Supplies, Software, and Related Services to comply with federal, state, and local purchasing laws. The contract is based on the 2025-2026 budget with an estimated annual value of $1,050,000. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with an option to extend for four additional one-year periods, not to exceed five years total. Proposals must be submitted by September 22, 2026, and late proposals will not be accepted. The contract includes a 90-day transitional period if desired by the district, during which prices, terms, and conditions remain in force.
