Description

The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for renovations at Montague Public School. The project includes a 9,094 sqft, 150 pupil place addition with classrooms and special education areas, sanitary system expansion, associated site works, and renovations to existing spaces. The design is to be completed by November 30, 2026, with construction starting July 1, 2027, and substantial completion by May 30, 2029.
