Description

Canada, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), invites suppliers with experience in construction services to qualify for renovation work at the Embassy of Canada to Italy in Rome. The project includes repairs and replacement of mechanical and building systems at the Official Residence of Canada in Rome, such as full replacement of the heating and cooling distribution network, selective demolition, restoration, electrical system improvements, data and Wi-Fi infrastructure modifications, carpentry repairs, painting, and minor exterior system replacements. Work will be delivered via Design-Bid-Build methodology, with qualified respondents following outlined drawings and scope in the subsequent RFP stage. Respondents must be capable of providing services in English or French and able to travel and perform work in Italy.
