Description
Washington County is seeking a qualified firm to prepare the County's Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) in accordance with Title 2 CFR Part 200 regulations. The contract is for three years with options to extend for two additional one-year terms. The CAP must identify, summarize, and allocate allowable costs of central support services and allocate costs to benefiting departments, programs, and funding sources using equitable and compliant methodologies. The contractor will also assist in negotiation and approval processes with federal and state agencies and provide instruction and guidance to County personnel.
