South Carolina is seeking to establish a Statewide Term Contract for educational supplies to support learning across all state educational institutions. - Government Buyer: - State of South Carolina, State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Division of Procurement Services, Materials Management Office - Scope of Products: - Seven distinct lots covering: - Early Childhood & Elementary Educational Supplies (manipulatives, dramatic play, sensory exploration, teaching resources, puzzles, activity mats, linking cubes, wooden block sets, kinetic sand, magnetic plastic letters, child size headphones, activity books, science kits, goggles) - Instructional Supplies for Middle & High School (magnifiers, safety goggles, thermometers, scales, planners, magnets, adult headphones, science kits) - Physical Education Supplies (jump ropes, basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, badminton, table tennis, volleyball) - Art Education Supplies (crayons, paints, paper, ink, stamp pads, paintbrushes, pipe stems, tissue paper, paper rolls) - Special Education Supplies (fine motor, social emotional, sensorimotor, self-regulation, self-awareness, self-management tools) - Sensory Supplies (tactile, visual, audio, oral supplies, wiggle cushions, therapy balls) - Classroom Kits & Decorations (arts and crafts kits, bulletin board decorations) - Notable Requirements: - Excludes furniture, science lab equipment, IT-dependent products, used/refurbished items, and items covered by other state contracts - Bidders must offer at least a 15% discount off catalog prices - Products must be new and non-IT dependent - No specific OEMs or brands are named; the contract is open to all qualified vendors - Contract Structure: - Initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options (up to five years total) - Statewide coverage for all educational agencies and institutions
