Alvin Community College is seeking statements of qualifications from professional service firms to provide engineering and architectural services for Maintenance Tax Note Projects involving the upgrade and possible remodel of four buildings on the college campus. The solicitation is for a 5-year pool of qualified firms in various categories including indoor air quality consulting, land surveying, traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering, materials testing, building commissioning, landscape architecture, roof consulting, water and wastewater design, and drainage systems design and analysis. The college has already retained a lead architect and engineering subconsultants and is looking for additional specialized services. Responses are due by July 22, 2026, and the procurement is managed through the Texas SmartBuy system.
