NOAA's Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary is seeking a contractor to replace a commercial HVAC chiller and two circulating pumps at the Nancy Foster Environmental Complex in Key West, FL. - Government Buyer: - Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) - Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, Nancy Foster Environmental Complex - OEMs and Vendors: - Daikin Applied is specified as the OEM for the replacement chiller - Products/Services Requested: - One Daikin Applied Model AGZ-004F 60-ton air-cooled scroll chiller (part number AGZ-004F) - Features: dual refrigerant circuits, epoxy-coated coils, R32 refrigerant, BACNET compliant controls, corrosion-resistant coating, AHRI 550/590 and ASHRAE 90.1 compliance - Two new circulating pumps compatible with the existing chiller system - Full removal and disposal of the existing Daikin 60-ton chiller (Model AGZ060 EDSEMNN00) - Installation, alignment, electrical reconnection, piping reconfiguration, system flushing, pressure testing, startup, and commissioning - Integration with existing BACNET controls and EMS - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must ensure full commissioning and integration with existing building management controls - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Chiller and pumps must meet specified technical and environmental standards
