Description

A solicitation was issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04.

The Department of Veterans Affairs Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS) had a service requirement for a secure and reliable point-to-point communication circuit with the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZ DPS) to access the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS). This connectivity is mission-critical for law enforcement operations and must preserve CJIS security and integrity.
