Description
The City of Palmdale is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to conduct a fully compliant Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing program. Services include full Consortium/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA) oversight, including preemployment, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, post-accident, and follow-up testing.
