(named as intended awardee) - Products and Solutions Requested: - Modular Sterile Compounding Cleanroom Systems - Includes hazardous and non-hazardous cleanrooms - Cleanroom-grade HVAC systems with HEPA filtration - Pharmaceutical-grade panel systems with UPVC surface treatment and cold-welded seams - Cleanroom-grade furnishings, handsfree stainless steel sinks, safety showers, modular wall systems, laboratory flooring, cleanroom-grade doors, pass-thru units - Critical spare parts inventory - Services Requested: - Design, engineering, installation support, commissioning, and lifecycle support - Provision of detailed shop drawings (AutoCAD, Revit), QA/QC review, final certification, commissioning and certification reports - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with NAPRA, CSA Z8000, CSA Z317.13/Z317.17, ISO 14644-4, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Infection control certifications and GMP training - Vendors must be registered contractors in Saskatchewan, have COR safety certification, and maintain $5 million professional liability insurance - Open to other qualified suppliers who can demonstrate equivalent capabilities

Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires ongoing provision of design, engineering, supply, installation support, commissioning, and lifecycle support for Modular Sterile Compounding Cleanroom Systems, including hazardous and non-hazardous systems. The contract includes shop drawings, system components, QA/QC review, and final certification from Labworks International Inc. The base building design is by SHA consultant and construction by SHA contractor. The ACAN signals SHA's intention to award a five-year contract with two one-year options to extend to Labworks International Inc., but other suppliers may submit statements of capabilities during the ten-calendar day posting period for consideration.
