Description
Supply Ontario is seeking to establish a multi-vendor Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for a Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) Software Solution to support the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and eligible non-OPS entities. The VOR will be mandatory for OPS and available optionally to non-OPS organizations. The solution aims to implement a secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise-wide platform to prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions, emergencies, and crisis events. The arrangement supports multiple disciplines including Business Continuity Management, IT Continuity Management, Emergency Management, and Crisis/Incident Management, facilitating planning, reporting, risk management, operational readiness, and business recovery activities. The term is three years with two one-year optional extensions and vendor refresh at Supply Ontario’s discretion.
