This Request for Bids aims to establish a multi-vendor, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement for Physical Security Threat Risk Assessments, Physical Security Plans, and Physical Security Training Services. The services will be provided across all locations in the province of Ontario and optionally to Non-OPS Organizations. The scope includes assessments and plans for buildings, ministries, programs, workplace violence, and personnel threats, as well as training on topics such as conducting assessments, crime prevention, fraud awareness, and security incident management.
