This opportunity seeks contractors to provide Mobile Dental Support Services for the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Readiness Events. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Tennessee Army National Guard, Office of the State Surgeon - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; a range of dental equipment and IT solutions are required - Products/Services Requested: - Mobile dental platforms compliant with OSHA, ADA, HIPAA, and state radiological standards - Dental chairs, delivery units, dental lights, assistants stations - Imaging and diagnostics equipment (intraoral X-ray machines, digital sensors, intraoral cameras, digital bitewing and panoramic radiography) - Sterilization and hygiene equipment (autoclave, ultrasonic cleaner, water filtration) - Handpieces (high-speed, low-speed, fiber optic) - Basic and specialty dental instruments (mirrors, explorers, scalers, extraction tools) - Supporting infrastructure (air compressor, vacuum systems) - Waste removal supplies (bio-waste, sharps, gray water) - Secure IT and connectivity (mobile hotspots, CAC readers) - Office and printing supplies (portable laser printers, paper, toner) - Radiation safety equipment (lead aprons, dosimeter badges) - Emergency medical kit (first aid, AED, emergency medications) - Mobile dental support services: dental exams, X-rays, restorative treatments, prescription medication, reporting, and quality control - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and materials - Licensed dental professionals required - Services must maintain a 90% deployability rate for soldiers - Compliance with OSHA, ADA, HIPAA, and state radiological standards - Secure access to military health record systems - Detailed reporting and quality control procedures - Services delivered primarily at Smyrna and Milan Volunteer Training Sites, on drill weekends and designated weekdays

Description

This is a Sources Sought only. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources interested in Mobile Dental service for Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Readiness Events. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond by submitting the following: (1) positive statement of intent to propose as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached) (3) Please provide an estimated price per event in your email based on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Information shall be provided via email to: sinamar.b.benauro.civ@army.mil. TNARNG may issue a solicitation and award. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than July 07, 2026 at 10:00 AM central daylight time.  Include the following in the subject line- Sources Sought W912L726Q1407.  No facsimile or mail responses will be honored.
