Description

This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the pesticide epyrifenacil in or on various agricultural commodities including corn (field forage, grain, stover), rapeseed (seed), soybean (forage, hay, seed), and wheat (forage, grain, hay, straw). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued this final rule following a petition submitted by Valent. The rule sets maximum permissible levels for residues of epyrifenacil to ensure safety under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The regulation is effective June 30, 2026, with objections and requests for hearings due by August 31, 2026.
