Description
This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the fungicide fluoxapiprolin, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on various food and feed commodities such as brassica head and stem vegetables, bulb vegetables, cucurbit vegetables, fruiting vegetables, leafy vegetables, leaf petiole vegetables, lettuce head, small fruit vine climbing (excluding fuzzy kiwifruit), and tuberous and corm vegetables. The rule is a final rule effective June 30, 2026, issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). Public comments and objections must be submitted by August 31, 2026.
