Description
The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-22-12, which applies to all Dassault Aviation Model FALCON 2000 airplanes. The existing AD requires revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. The proposed AD would continue to require certain actions in the previous AD and require further revisions to the maintenance or inspection program to address new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. This action is intended to address an unsafe condition related to reduced controllability of the airplane.
