CCC invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the design, implementation, and support of a Work-Based Learning (WBL) Management Platform. The platform will support multiple WBL models across seven colleges and five satellite locations in Chicago, managing student participation, skill development, employer engagement, and program outcomes. The solution must be flexible and user-friendly, supporting the full WBL lifecycle and enabling tracking of student trajectories and program effectiveness. CCC intends to award one three-year contract with options for two additional one-year extensions.
