Description

The roads are sand and gravel, approximately 14 to 20 feet wide, and designed for 25 MPH logging and recreational traffic. Bidders must submit responses electronically through the Swift Portal, and unit prices must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions, with the State reserving the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is most advantageous.
