Description
This solicitation is for the construction of the South Cotton St. Sanitary Sewer Replacement project located in Central El Paso, east of Downtown, including a portion within El Paso Independent School District property at Guillen Middle School. The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services for installing sanitary sewer PVC pipes of various sizes, new concrete manholes, reconnection of sanitary sewer services, filling existing mains and manholes with slurry fill, and removal and replacement of concrete, landscaping, and pavement.
