The County of Loudoun is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of Route 50 and Everfield Drive (Route 3423) in Aldie, Virginia. The project aims to improve safety, traffic flow, and access along the Route 50 corridor by converting the existing unsignalized intersection into a roundabout with roadway realignment and widening. Additional work includes storm sewer and drainage upgrades, pedestrian facilities, roadway signing and pavement marking, and implementation of a multi-phase traffic management plan.
