Description

The Controller’s Office is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek a vendor for San Mateo County’s Cost Reimbursements for State-Mandated Programs (SB90). The services are targeted to start on September 1, 2026. The vendor will assist and coordinate the county’s state-mandated cost reimbursement process pursuant to SB90, including preparing and submitting SB90 Cost Reimbursement Claims for fiscal years 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28 to the State Controller’s Office. The claims will be submitted in fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 respectively.
